ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

 

Ishika is a leadership and wellbeing coach committed to guiding women, men and teens through the process of transformation, resilience and self-empowerment while teaching the Principles and Practices of Spiritual Psychology through private sessions, corporate workshops and group programs.

​

With 25 plus years of experience in the Corporate and Business world, as a Mother of a now young adult and a practitioner in the Wellbeing industry since 2009 she helps high-achieving individuals navigate change, heal from burnout and reconnect with their inner strength and authentic soul purpose.

 

Holding an MBA from the University of Wollongong - Australia and an MA in Spiritual Psychology with an Emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing from the University of Santa Monica - California;

Being honored as the Global Ambassador for Spiritual Psychology, an exclusive one-of-a-kind award introduced in 2014 by the University Of Santa Monica honoring her unique journey and dedicated participation and achievement throughout the 2-year Masters’ program.

Ishika integrates practical strategies from the fields of Psychology, Spirituality and Mindfulness to facilitate individuals in developing personal and career advocacy, emotional intelligence, relationship and financial empowerment and spiritual growth especially through uncertain times.

​

She has worked with people of all nationalities from various countries worldwide, ages ranging from 12 - 76 years, helping strengthen their Inner Trust, Self-Commitment and Authentic Empowerment.

​

Before beginning her practice as a Spiritual Psychologist, Ishika trained in various modalities of the Healing arts and blends her multi-faceted knowledge and expertise to create sessions that include Energy Healing, Chakra Awareness and clearing, Angel Card readings, Reiki, Intergenerational healing (healing trauma in the family lineage and recognizing the familial psychic DNA that is playing out in our personal reality), NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Vedic Astrology & Esoteric Astrology incorporating Gemology – utilizing the healing properties of crystals and gemstones.

Sessions are designed to awaken individuals to their Inner Power, Strength and Healing capacities while also delving into the Sacred Soul Contracts that each human is here to fulfill through their life's unique path and journey.
